Job Details
Lead all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, labor, and consultants Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance for assigned projects Develop and manage site-specific safety and quality plans Coordinate schedules, track milestones, and run daily/weekly field meetings Partner with project teams and clients to ensure successful project execution
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with 5+ years of experience Prior experience as a traveling superintendent preferred Strong knowledge of construction plans, specs, and scheduling (CPM) OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
