The successful candidate should possess:
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience)
